- UK officials will not charge Christian Bale for allegedly assaulting his mother and sister, citing lack of evidence. My Take: Don't mess with the Batman.
- Columbia Pictures has acquired the rights to Maximum Ride, James Patterson's young adult series. Don Payne will write the script. My Take: SWEET.
- Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless will write the script for Flash Gordon for Columbia Pictures. Breck Eisner will direct and Neal Moritz will produce. My Take: Am I the only one who is thinking that we may have an over abundance of comic book movies coming up?
- George Lucas says he's open to another Indiana Jones, but only if Harrison Ford stays on board. My Take: I'll be more excited if Lucas gives up some creative control to Spielberg.
- Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen has a mystery car: a Corvette Centennial Design Concept, which will be launched around GM's 100-year birthday party. My Take: It looks SWEET!
